    Alprozyme-Equipment Cleaner-Powder

    AlproZyme is Alkaline-enzymatic cleaning  granulate for Pre-cleaning and Pre-disinfection .

    Formula Features  of Alprozyme :

    1-Powder Granules

    Activated when diluted by hot water unlike Other solution forms  that quickly become inactive because enzymes eat each others in the solution  forms  .

    2-Alkaline PH

    Alkaline PH good for soil decontamination , Alprozyme  powder actively working even in alkaline ph  due to the specific formula .

    3-Enzymes are  waxed ( Coated ) :

    To avoid enzymes eating each others  because enzymes are protein in nature  .

    Alprozyme Powder Efficacy :

    Alprozyme has exceptional efficacy. Provides high staff protection (TRBA 250),

    1-Cleaning (at .5% Concentration ) : one sachet + 2 litre hot water .

    Removes proteins ,fat, residues of tissues as well as biofilms in addition  other debris .

    2-Virucidal (at 1 % Concentration ) : one sachet + 1 litre  hot water .

    virucidal according to EN 16777 against non-enveloped adeno, Noro and Parvo-viruses as well as all enveloped blood-borne viruses e. g. HBV, HCV, HIV and Influenza at 1 % concentration before comprehensive disinfection.

    Contact time:

    • 15 – 30 minutes in soaking bath (20 – 30°C)
    • 5 – 15 minutes in ultrasonic cleaner (20 – 40°C)
    • Maximum contact time: 60 minutes

    Direction of Usages :

    Terminal Cleaning : Make 0.5% Solution: Take 5 ml  and add 995 ml of water for mopping of walls, surfaces and floors of all high risk areas like OTs & ICUs

    Fogging/Fumigation: Make 2% Solution : Take 20 ml of and 980 ml of water to make 1 liter of working solution of  DesNet which will be sufficient for a room with 1000 ft volume for all high risk areas like OTs & ICUs and wards.

    To achieve maximum effect , close doors & windows, fans & ACs during the process of fogging. After switching off the fogging machine wait for 30 minutes as holding period.

    Efficacy/Certification

    • bactericidal incl. MRSA and suitable for hospitalism prophylaxis
    • fungicidal (A. niger, C. albicans)
    • virucidal according to EN 14476 all enveloped and non-enveloped viruses incl. polio
    • sporicidal against C. difficile (EN 13704)

    Other Information :

    • Precautions : Do not mix with other disinfectants. Avoid contact with concentrated solution.
    • Superior Cleaning Action: DesNet cleans & disinfects quickly and safely by removing proteins and other organic matter from the material to be disinfected.
    • Shelf life : 3 years for concentrate solution and 15 days for a diluted solution. There is no need to add activators. So it can be prepared as per requirement, hence no wastage
