AlproJet-W For Dental and Medical Aspiration System :

It is a concentrated liquid for the weekly cleaning and care of dental aspiration systems equipped or not with amalgam separators.

AlproJet-W solution used for all types of aspiration and suction systems in dental and medical system .

IT is mainly intended to dissolve protein ,Thus the blood accumulating during surgical treatment can be easily drained from separator and centrifuge systems.

Can be used on wet line, dry line and semi wet/dry line suction systems  ,For the Weekly cleaning and maintenance of Dental Aspirator Systems.

The product has excellent solubilizing properties against tough dirt and stains.

It works more effectively in combination with the disinfecting effect of AlproJet-DD ( the daily cleaner and disinfectant )

It does not contain abrasive materials that could harm surfaces for disinfection.

Directions For Use In dental suction and aspiration system :

• For 1 liter preparation , Add 50ml of the concentrate to 950ml of warm water (5% solution) 
• For one application 2 L of a 5 % solution are needed.
• Aspirate via the high and low volume suction tubes and also dispense into the spittoon bowl
• Leave for a minimum of 10 minutes in order to activate the working properties 
• Finally , rinse thoroughly with clean water.

AlproJet-W (W = weekly) is a special preparation and is used as 5 – 10 % ready for use solution.
AlproJet-W is used on two days a week instead of  AlproJet-DD and should also be applied twice a day.

Special applications:

Surgery:

Before performing surgery , aspirate 1 liter  of cold 5 % solution of AlproJet-W via the tubes into the system (because of foam formation caused by blood and hydrogen peroxide) , It Prevents deposits, neutralizes hydrogen peroxide in the collecting container and reduces foaming.
In this case AlproJet-W should be mixed with cold water.

Heavy soiling:

In case of heavy soiling and already coagulated blood , apply a 50 – 60 °C warm AlproJet-W 10 % solution.

Further application recommendations :

Make sure to disinfect low-volume suction lines before you see every patient.

The best practice is to use a small amount of disinfectant/waterline cleaner on these occasions because they are compatible with the evacuation system.

We’ll also point out that you don’t need to disinfect high-volume suction lines between patients since backflow doesn’t affect this area.

Still, you need to maintain daily cleanings because debris can clog the lines after accumulating. And remember to apply shock treatments every so often.
